freequency: tunes+ reiki, sound bath+ oracle, tea + convo

Join us for an immersive experience of reiki, sound healing, oracle, tea, and deep conversation for the last new moon before the energetic new year.  Freequency is an intimate experience that interconnects the power of sound and energy to raise your vibration. In this session, we'll be tuning into the high vibrational energies within us to connect with our higher self for 3rd eye activation and to explore our intuition + inner-guidance. 

3rd eye activation refers to the awakening and stimulation of the pineal gland, which is associated with the 3rd eye chakra or 6th energy center in the body. This process involves opening your intuitive center and gaining access to higher states of consciousness. Through practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and energy work, you can activate your 3rd eye to enhance your inner vision, intuition, and spiritual insight; creating a deeper connection with your higher self and the unseen realms of existence.

What to expect: 

• We'll talk about the 3rd eye chakra and set intentions 
• We'll ground in the space + Sol will guide everyone into meditation
• For each Freequency experience, Sol will curate a different playlist to listen to while you receive hands-on reiki by Sol + her reiki students (not your typical meditation music--you can journey inward to a blend of genre's!)
• Then, immerse yourself in a sound bath by Sol for soul exploration and tuning into your intuition.
• After, Sol will pull oracle cards for everyone.
• We'll hold space for reflection, journaling, and deep conversation as we sip tea :)

What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy.

You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds. 

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, relieves anxiety and stress, soothes your nervous system, brings an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket(s) for yourself. A pillow can also add extra comfort :) Feel free to bring your journal!
