fire activation: sound bath + reiki

In this reiki sound activation, we are harnessing the abundant element of fire to spark the flame within us. You are meant to shine bright so that everyone can see you. Your light will inspire and invite others to spark their light without dimming yours.

Join Sol for a 45-minute rejevunating sound bath experience with hands-on reiki by Courtney. At the end, you can stay if you'd like as we will hold space to share anyones experience, downloads, intentions, or whatever you feel called to share.

What is a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy. The reiki will be sent from a distance throughout the sound bath.

You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing vibrations of the sounds. You will be guided into meditation and deep relaxation with simple breathing exercises.

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

How to Prepare & Where to Find Us

Dress comfortably and bring whatever you need to make this a relaxing experience for yourself (yoga mat, blanket(s), pillows, crystals, eye mask, journal, water, etc.)  Be prepared to lay under the sun :)

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking (free parking lot) and to find us. We will arrive early to find a spot then email everyone with our exact location and we will post on our instagram @1theplatform -- so check out story for location updates 20-30 minutes before the sound bath begins <3
